Anastasia Fujii, LCSW (they/them) Psychotherapy, Clinical Supervision, LGBTQ+ Cultural Humility Consultation & Training

Anastasia is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice, providing trauma-informed psychotherapy and clinical supervision, as well as consultation and training on LGBTQ+ cultural humility practices. Anastasia’s decision to pursue social work was catalyzed by their own struggle to find representation and affirmation in care settings as a chronically ill, non-binary, queer, mixed race person of color. Anastasia has worked extensively within QTBIPOC communities and prioritizes serving those who are often mistreated in mental healthcare settings. Anastasia holds a deep understanding of the traumatic impact of oppressive relationships and systems and is dedicated to maintaining a practice that is affirming of all identities and experiences.

Anastasia’s relational, attachment-based approach to care is informed by psychodynamic, narrative, queer and transfeminist theories. They practice Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of C(PTSD). Anastasia offers clinical supervision to MSW students and licensed social workers, including those seeking hours towards clinical licensure. As a consultant, they have supported many academic, clinical, medical, and legal institutions working to increase LGBTQ+ cultural humility practices through education and policy change.
