Movement, strength and mobility flow class by Dr. Una Velasquez-Manoff, DPT

This is a bodyweight strenghthening class designed to maximize joint mobility and function.  In this class you will challenge your body by strengthening in multiple planes and moving through the full range of joint motion.  This is a full body workout that will improve your coordination, strength and flexibility.  All movement levels welcome, come flow with me!
